“Five years after the Cyclone Guba disaster devastated the Oro Province, Many of the province’s vital transport infrastructure remain in ruin. Many people continue to live in care centers and face water shortages and other difficulties

Much of the initial funding allocated for restoration work has either been stolen or spent on other things. This film contains the views of the people affected by the disaster as well as views members of a new board of directors of the Northern Province Restoration Authority (NPRA) and the provincial administration.”
